The business model makes sense and initially sounds straightforward but there certainly are risks, financial requirements, and disclosures that you need to be aware of.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much money can I make per acre?
- It can range from $10/acre/year to $5,000+/acre/year
- It is highly dependent on the appraised value of the property, the financials of the project, and the contract we are able to secure for the sale of the energy from the project.
- If you submit the property via our form at the bottom of this page, we will run the financials, analyze the property, and give you an offer letter within 7-10 days.
Can I buy land for no money down?
No. Typically, when you pursue a mortgage, real estate loan or commercial loan, it requires a 20%-30% down payment. Make sure that you have the liquidity to be able to cover this if you are purchasing a property using financing.
Will you start paying me when I sign the lease?
- In most cases and offers we make, no. When you sign the lease, that is the effective date, but the lease commencement date is when the project has been developed, constructed, and is operational. The lease commencement date is when payments begin as outlined in your lease agreement.
- If financing the project, make sure you have the cash on hand to service the principal and interest payments on your mortgage or commercial loan for 12-24 months.
What States and Countries can you develop in?
- Internally, we have certain targeted areas in which we develop based on market conditions and incentive programs. We encourage you to submit properties that are within your budget and we can model it and make an offer for you. The form at the bottom of this page will allow you to submit the properties and kick off the modeling process.
- Overall, we are location agnostic and are actively purchasing and leasing properties across the globe.
How many acres can you lease or purchase?
- We have done transactions as small as less than a quarter of an acre, and as large as 3,000 + acres.
If I don’t have enough money to purchase a property, can I aggregate my investment into a property with other investors or with Breiter Planet Properties directly?
- Yes, we do this often by creating an entity that owns the property that is purchased and we provide you equity in that entity based on your investment amount relative to the total purchase price of the property. Email andrew@breiterplanet.com to discuss the business models and offering further.
How long is the lease term?
- Typically, 20-25 years, with two or three 5-year extension options.
Are you willing to sign an MNDA before I submit the property to you?
Yes absolutely. If you go to the very very bottom of our website in the footer section, you will see a link that says "Sign MNDA With Us" and you can easily execute our standard MNDA.
