Can I buy land for no money down? No. Typically, when you pursue a mortgage, real estate loan or commercial loan, it requires a 20%-30% down payment. Make sure that you have the liquidity to be able to cover this if you are purchasing a property using financing. Will you start paying me when I sign the lease? What States and Countries can you develop in? How many acres can you lease or purchase?
