Job Description
We are seeking an Investor Relations Senior Associate focused on capital raising for our investments across the globe in solar, real estate, and private equity. You will be tasked with growing our investor base with qualified high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. You will be tasked with raising capital for a series of funds that we manage and that will be deployed in our ESG investments.
Historically we have privately raised capital on a deal by deal basis but as we move to pursue fund-based fund raising, the Investor Relations Sr. Associate role is even more important to make our deployment of capital as efficient as possible. With our consistent deal flow, there is a continued demand for capital raising and your role will have a continued demand across the company.
In this role, you will be part of over $81B being raised and deployed over the next ten years.

Roles & Responsibilities
Ø Focus on raising capital. Build and cultivate existing investor relationships across the following investor types – family offices, high-net-worth investors, institutional RIAs, private banks, fund of funds, etc.
Ø Identify potential investors and develop proper points of contact, both direct and indirect, in order to develop direct relationships for capital raising.
Ø Initiate calls to investors and meet face-to-face to explain investment opportunities.
Ø Participate in strategic planning with senior management to set financial goals, as well as the company’s strategic agenda.
Ø Effectively articulate the investment philosophy and strategy to potential and existing investors.
Ø Drive and manage the institutional investment process.
Ø Participate in investment, valuation and risk management processes.
Ø Assist senior principals of the firm with strategic decisions and business initiatives associated with fundraising, marketing, and investor relations.
Ø Build a network of institutional investor relationships as a foundation for future capital raises.
Ø Lead process of the development of all marketing materials (sales brochures, website, presentations, and letters) used in the capital-raising process; ensure consistent standards for all material and in all external communications.
Ø Participate in organizing investor due diligence, subscription, and closing.
Ø Develop and manage communication protocols for all boarded investors, including distribution of periodic performance updates and financial information.
Ø Coordinate marketing meetings with prospective investors. • Attend industry conferences.
Ø Project management on offerings including prospect tracking and prioritization, data room management, and roadshow planning
Ø Preparation of due diligence responses, meeting agendas, etc.
Ø Support senior professionals in preparing investor knowledge workshops, annual investor meetings, semi-annual investor advisory committees, and quarterly investor updates
Ø Participate with senior sales and investment professionals in client and prospect meetings and calls
Ø Record all interactions with investors in a customer relationship management platform
Qualifications / Preferred Skills
Ø Previous track record of success in capital raising
Ø Minimum of 20 Years of Experience
Ø Individually registered as a Broker-Dealer with SEC as defined in the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or global equivalent
Ø Strong organizational and project management skills and attention to detail
Ø Ability to multi-task, prioritize deliverables, and manage and meet tight deadlines
Ø Experience with due diligence processes and analyses
Ø Service-oriented and pro-active, with good interpersonal skills and a passion for developing strong relationships with existing clients and prospects
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ø Strong Microsoft Office Skills (including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
Ø Strong interpersonal skills
Ø Great personality and sense of humor

W2 Commission Only Employment but can be open to other structures if proposed

- 3% of Funds Raised
- Example: $5B USD Raised = $150,000,000 Compensation
